Ethiopian Sidamo is consistently well-balanced, with light floral and blueberry notes. The Sidamo region of Ethiopia is well known for both wet-processed, or washed, and dry-processed coffee. We roast ours slightly lighter than some of the other African coffees. We've discovered that this highlights the positive nuances of flavor and body. You will want to drink this one with a sense of ceremony, by yourself to ground the moment or over conversation at a friendly gathering. ~ Medium Roast

Profile: Light body with tea-like, floral and blueberry undertones.

Also available in 2 pound bags: Ethiopian Sidamo - 2 LBS

Favorite single bean

Ethiopian Sidamo has been my favorite single origin bean for years. It always makes a wonderfully smooth and delicious coffee.

Thanks for the nice review. As it turns out that coffee is the most requested coffee. It my go to coffee when someone wants me to suggest a coffee.

Deep rich flavor

Even though we prefer organic coffee, we have tried and love the Ethiopian Sidamo coffee. I hope you can find it produced organically and then we might switch from our beloved Peruvian to this for our monthly order!

Lovely

I like that you suggest drinking this coffee with ceremony, since it is from the place of origin of coffee after all. I am a history buff. Can you tell? And this is my go to coffee to have by my side when I'm studying. I highly recommed it to anyone who wants to know what real coffee is.
