Ethiopian Sidamo is consistently well-balanced, with light floral and blueberry notes. Estate Java features a pleasantly smooth body and a distinguished spicy finish. Tanzanian Peaberry is prized for the richness of its flavor. Another good one

Your Leunig (now Bistro Blend) is my favorite blend. This one is pretty close to equal. Now I cant decide.

Loved it.

Love the idea of a blend to mark your years in business. Whoever names your coffees nailed it for this one. Love the name too. It is certainly going to be a classic in our house and that name is great for offering it as a gift. Its' very classy.
