Coffee and Vermont Maple Syrup Roasted Carrots

Carrots roasted in the oven with a special mix of Vermont maple syrup and our Cooking with Coffee Powder - It doesn't get any better than this! 

1 lb Carrot

2 t Cooking with Coffee Powder

2 T Vermont Maple Syrup

1 T Olive Oil

1 t Cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F

Layer a baking sheet with parchment paper

Rub the cleaned, skinned carrots with the olive oil and maple syrup, on top of the parchment paper,

Sprinkle Cooking with Coffee Powder and cinnamon on top of the carrots

Bake for 40 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork

Enjoy the sweetness!
