Are you still buying Hot Fudge at the store? Why? It is incredibly easy to make! You probably even have all the ingredients right in your pantry. Once you try this recipe, you will never buy hot fudge again. The Espresso gives this Hot Fudge an even richer chocolate flavor. It is SO good!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Espresso Coffee
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 2 cups Confectionery Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 canning jars with lids

In a medium sauce pan over medium heat bring the first 4 ingredients to a boil. Stir in the Confectionery Sugar. Bring back to a boil. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla. Pour into the canning jars. Put lids on while still hot. Once they have cooled store them in your refrigerator.

When you want to use some, just remove the lid and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time. Stirring after each 30 seconds until it is the consistency you want. Return to refrigerator to store.
