Smoothies are uplifting any time of year. Our Banana Hazelnut Coffee Smoothie is nourishing and utterly invigorating. Even when you are rushing out to work, you will not resist spending a few quick minutes preparing this extraordinary morning beverage. It will set the tone for the entire day.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup brewed, chilled Hazelnut Coffee
¼ cup milk or soy milk
1 Banana
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Add 4 ice cubes. Blend on high, until smooth and creamy. Garnish with toasted coconut. Variation: Add a few chunks of cantaloupe. Adjust coffee measure to taste. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
