Our roaster's newest dark roast made from Ethiopian Sidamo. Full-bodied and smooth with a somewhat winey, fruity flavor. Black Ice is dangerous but delicious.
What started out as a traditional full-city roast was left to roast slightly longer -- by accident -- creating one of our most enticing special dark roasts.
